 1. Who will pay for cutoms duties?

You may be charged customs duties and taxes for something purchased online. Buyers are responsible for custom taxes. 

2. How many rolls I need for my walls?

Each  roll 5.3 square meters, as there will be some waste when covering to match patterns, so each roll covers about 4.5 square meters.   

3. Can I buy one roll as sample to see the color and quality first?

No, when you order again next time, we may run out the same batch of wallpaper, diferent batch of wallpaper may have little color shade difference and can not be used for same side of wall, but can be used for another wall. Make sure you order enough by once. 

4.What should I do when I get the color different from the listing?

We have been doing the best to make less color difference between the listing photos and the real items.  

5.What glue should I use?

You can just buy from a local store which called wallpaper powder(require mixing water)   or wallpaper finished glue. 

6. How to remove wallpaper without damaging the wall?

Yes, there are several ways, including steaming or spraying with chemicals.

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
